Pairing with Grilled Angus

Grilled Angus is a fine cut of meat known for its tenderness. It’s irresistible to fine cuisine enthusiasts.
To further enhance its qualities add a touch of sage, a few bay leaves, or your favourite combination of herbs. Each choice will contribute to a unique and personal flavor profile. Now fire up the grill and enjoy your barbecue, but don’t forget to choose the right wine!

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Angus fillets: 300gr each
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 1 cup
  • Sage: 5 leaves
  • Bay leaf: 2 leaves
  • Rosemary: 1 sprig
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Prepare a mixture of sage, bay leaf, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and add extra virgin olive oil

Marine the meat with the mince for about 30 minutes to allow the aromas to enrich the taste of the steak

Heat the coals until red-hot and cook the meat for about 6 minutes on each side

When cooked, cut the Angus meat into slices and let it rest for two minutes

Finally, plate the slices, add the spices and seasoning prepared earlier and bring your grilled Angus to the table!
